Daily Her Wellness was founded in 2023 in a small kitchen in Austin, Texas. There was no investor deck, no marketing budget, no advisory board. There was a woman, a frustrating set of personal experiences, and a stack of research papers that had no business being read at 2am.
Our founder, Sarah Mendel, spent the better part of her late twenties feeling like her body was operating on someone else's schedule. The medical system told her she was "fine." Her body told her otherwise. The supplements she found in stores either promised everything or asked her to take seven different bottles a day.
So she did what stubborn women have always done: she built the thing she couldn't find.
What we actually believe
We believe wellness shouldn't require a chemistry degree to navigate. We believe ingredients should be there because the research supports them, not because they trend on social media. We believe in showing women the same respect any other customer expects: clear labels, honest claims, and the assumption that you can think for yourself.
We're not the cheapest brand in the category. We're not trying to be. The dose of inositol in our daily blend alone costs more than most full multivitamins on the shelf — because the dose that's actually been studied is the dose we use.
We start with the molecule and the research, then design the product. Not the other way around.
We support daily wellness. We don't diagnose, treat, or cure anything. That's a job for your healthcare provider.
Manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the United States. Third-party tested for purity and potency.
Where we're going
Daily Her exists to be a small but steady presence in a category that often shouts. We aren't trying to become a TikTok empire or a billion-dollar exit. We're trying to make one product so well that the women who find it stay with us — and trust us to thoughtfully add the next product when (and only when) we've earned that.
If you're new here, welcome. If you've been with us a while, thank you. Either way, we built this for you.
